Experienced at managing large-scale global business transformation projects that optimize user experiences, Loan is a results-oriented change catalyst with an entrepreneurial approach who is adept in communication and collaboration. She is known as a creative thinker and resourceful problem solver who effectively puts her clients’ needs at the forefront to get things done.

When Loan isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time cooking, doing yoga and traveling.
